Jon Davis has over 20 years of experience in HVAC service, installation and commercial start up. He got started interning with his now father-in-law in college. When Jon realized he wanted to make a career in HVAC (and marry the bosses daughter), Jon spread his wings and got hired at a big commercial shop in San Diego where he spent the next 17 years working in service and startup. In 2022, Jon traded in the tool belt (and commute) for a remote job, helping other HVAC techs in the field with tech support. Working remotely allowed the Davis family to travel in their RV and visit friends and family around the country. After some time out of the field, Jon and Kristen decided to make another big leap and start their own HVAC business, allowing them flexibility to work and travel with their kids in the off-seasons. 

Jon and Kristen Davis homeschool their 3 children. In addition to being the primary educator, Kristen owns a business as a Lactation Consultant in Temecula, CA and handles the admin for Jon Davis HVAC. Kristen considers herself a "small time entrepreneur" and loves small business. You may occasionally find her working in the field as Jon's apprentice, helping her learn the trade and better run their business. 

Kristen enjoys the opportunity to work with her husband and help him turn his talents into success as a business owner.

When they are not working in the field, the Davis's enjoy traveling in their RV and exploring our amazing United States while giving their children a rich education!
